“I don’t know how you did it, but you just stood there cheerfully on Monday morning with tea in your hand. I thought to myself ‘well, that’s how it can be done too”‘, is the most impactful feedback I received from a colleague years ago. Now, in my role as a marketing employee for ManualMaster, I strive to hold on to this attitude every day since 2022. Why? Because smiles are contagious, whether they are in person, on paper or through a screen!
When it comes to my work on ManualMaster’s communications, it’s important to me that our customers are informed about how to get the most out of the software at all times, but also that they know exactly what to expect from our organization and trust our presence behind the scenes to help them achieve this. This trust makes the road to improvement in, for example, CSR or the optimization of internal processes easier. If this ultimately leads to more clarity and a smile on the customer’s face, then my work is successful!
Outside of ManualMaster, I enjoy various amateur sports, take care of my plants, and tirelessly try to beat Tetris.
