The ManualMaster support desk uses Teamviewer to provide remote support. Thanks to this tool, the support desk can look along with the user or make changes to the user’s PC. These remote support facilities enable our support desk to quickly and effectively determine an exact problem definition, in addition to offering tips and advice for solving a problem and answering a question.
You can launch Teamviewer in the ManualMaster application. You can find this option under Help -> Remote help. Confirm any Windows security notifications you see with OK or Run.
You can also choose to launch Teamviewer by clicking the image below.
In the File Download – Security Warning screen, select Run to launch the programme. Confirm any Windows and Internet Explorer security notifications you see with OK or Run.
Give the support desk employee the ID as well as the password on your screen so he/she can connect to or take over your PC.
