The first web form created using the Trevally WebForms module had barely found its way into BRB International B.V. when QESH Manager Hugon Philippens was convinced: this calls for more.

All 400 employees at BRB International use Trevally, with about 50 of them being heavy users.
Hugon: “End-user feedback on the system is generally very positive. Those who use it frequently describe it as intuitive and user-friendly. For employees with less experience using systems, it can take a little longer to find their way around, but they get the hang of it quickly. People familiar with systems can navigate it with ease.”

“As part of the onboarding process for new colleagues, everyone receives training on how to use Trevally—that’s standard procedure. In some cases, employees are essentially required to use the application because there’s no alternative—no paper forms or manuals to fall back on. If colleagues approach us with questions about a process or instruction, we provide them with the link where they can find the answer in Trevally.”
