A new release with all kinds of new functionalities, a new name for our application, a new logo, users who show each other how they are getting more out of their quality systems, illusionists who show how you consciously deal with change and move forward together. Together with 180 professionals from the quality world, we once again experienced a magical Congress in 2023.

On September 28, 2023, we engaged in inspiring conversations with around forty enthusiastic ManualMaster users from the healthcare and related sectors during the Quality Event Healthcare Sector at the beautiful Kasteel Woerden. Topics such as implementation and behavior change, as well as practical considerations regarding the use of software in risk management, were addressed.

Every month, the ManualMaster team gathers to get everyone on the same page. A day filled with meetings, presentations, and friendly coffee-corner chats. However, this month, we all wrote a new page together by observing Mediocre Art with great admiration. David Kluver and Bas Keizer took us into the world of image generation with AI. This involved ample experimentating, learning, and creating.

Does the spectacular rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) dramatically transform the process of writing procedures and instructions? Is the quality of such documents improving when written by a fast text generator ChatGPT (AI application)? Copywriter Ger Dreijer sees it as a welcome addition and a useful tool. But beware, there are some chinks in the armor – the software has its flaws!
