Hackathon During Congress ’23

A hackathon, what’s that? ‘A hackathon is an event in which teams of participants engage non-stop in devising solutions to presented cases within a short period of time.’ – Wikipedia.

This is exactly what we will be doing during our Congress on 16 November. All our developers will be in Gorinchem at that time. We will choose two or three topics that we will code during the Congress and then demonstrate the results at the end of the day.

With an average of around 2,000 questions, wishes and ideas from customers and our own colleagues, we are never short of work. The downside of such a huge amount of information is that, of course, some wishes from our “wishing well” never see the light of day.

For one time only, we want to take a completely different approach during our Congress.

You can send in your “pitch”. If you have a long-cherished wish or a frustration that you would like to see included or remedied, please let us know. Perhaps you will soon be among the few we select for our Hackathon. The day before the Congress, you can explain your item to the development team put together especially for you via a Teams meeting. During the Congress, you are automatically selected for the Hackathon workshop where you can speak live to the developers and see if we are on the right track. At the end of the afternoon, we will present the results on stage.

We look forward to receiving your functional pitch at info@manualmaster.com with the subject Hackathon.
