At ManualMaster I advise customers, explaining how they can get more out of their quality management system (QMS). I offer them a stepping stone to a Smart & Lean system; a simplified, effective and meaningful QMS, that is geared towards more effectiveness and fewer risks. An effective QMS depends on the employees. That is why – in addition to the regular PIs (Performance Indicators) – I also recommend developing PIs that measure attitude and behaviour.
In addition to being a Senior Consultant, I am also a dance teacher. I teach Salsa & Merengue and Kizomba. As a coach, I help people to connect with their feelings and intuition, in order to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
