Spring release Trevally packed with innovations!

On February 10, we celebrated our 33rd anniversary! A wonderful milestone that we initially wanted to align with the new Trevally release. Because we wanted to get the User Interface/User Experience improvements exactly right in one go, we decided to incorporate them into the Spring Release. During the Trevally Highlights Sessions on February 20 and 25, our customers got an exclusive sneak preview of the new features.

Sneak preview of new Trevally features

“A new release should be intuitive and user-friendly,” explains Sales Manager Johan de Rooij. During the Highlights Sessions, users got a first look at the improved UI/UX, with a strong focus on navigation and a smooth user experience. Thanks to these updates, Trevally now works even more intuitively and efficiently.

A new, intuitive user experience

“When you enhance a UI/UX, you should do it properly,” says Johan. “Trevally is constantly evolving, and this release primarily focuses on user-friendliness. We incorporated user feedback to make the interface more logical, consistent, and intuitive. This means fewer clicks, a clearer hierarchy, and a smoother workflow.”

More intuitive document management

The revamped interface makes it easier to manage folders and documents. Creating, modifying, and overseeing documents and processes online is now faster and simpler. Take, for example, the new ‘inspection’ feature that gives you an instant overview of all existing folders and documents, including metadata and revision details. These small improvements make daily tasks in Trevally even more efficient! Working online has truly taken a step forward. What’s more, Trevally remains fully compatible with MS Office, allowing seamless collaboration with Word, Excel, and Visio. The familiar way of working remains available.

Reporting in the online version of Trevally

From the Spring Release onward, reports will be directly accessible in the online version of Trevally. Looking for inspiration? The Academy offers sample reports and data so that you can easily assemble your own reports.

Promising feedback on the new version

These improvements in Trevally were developed in close cooperation with our users. “They share their wishes and tell us what can be improved,” says Johan. Early reactions to the new release have been positive: “The new look is great, a solid improvement!”
