Customer Satisfaction is my Main Objective

I have been working in the Service & Support department since March 2017. My main mission is to help people solve their problems and ensure that they can do their daily job. Customer-friendliness is my specialty and customer satisfaction is my main objective.

Before this, I worked on the Fysergo helpdesk in Rotterdam. I studied system management at the Da Vinci College in Rotterdam, where I live.

My favourite pastimes are running, music and technology.
