Since 2022 I have been committed to ManualMaster. I started out as an account manager, with the aim of supporting customers as effectively as possible in using our quality management software and exploring new opportunities together to improve processes. By changing the way we look at processes and quality information, the solutions we discover together change as well.
These days, my main focus is AI R&D. In this role, I research and develop new AI applications within our organisation and the Trevally Software: from smart search and chat functionality to AI Agents that help people work with information faster, smarter and, above all, more safely. I build a bridge between practice, technology and regulation, so that AI does not become a black box, but a reliable colleague who helps you look differently at the same documents, risks and processes.
In addition, I work as an SEO specialist and web developer, supporting the marketing and communications team. With a passion for genuinely good content, a continuous search for the best user experience and a love of analytics, I help ensure that our online environment grows along with what customers need and with how they look at our software.
Outside of my work at ManualMaster I enjoy cooking (and eating), reading a good book on the sofa, bouldering and discovering the wider world. There is still so much to see, to taste and to experience in new ways.
