My name is Hendrik, and I’ve always had a passion for ICT, service, and support. At my previous employer, I worked as a technical helpdesk agent dealing with internet-related issues.
Since March 2024, I’ve been working with great pleasure in the service and support department at ManualMaster. I enjoy diving deep into issues—not only to find a solution, but also to clearly identify the underlying causes and prevent them from happening again.
In my free time, I like to take long walks with my dog, Happy. When the weather isn’t great, you’ll usually find me behind my computer. Besides gaming, I’m always focused on self-education in the fields of web development and computer science.
