On to 2026

A brand-new year lies ahead. Over the past months, we have expanded our capacity in both consultancy and software development. In the coming year, several key themes will take center stage.

Trevally

First and foremost is the continued transition to Trevally Online. We expect to largely complete this transition with the Spring release. It will still be a spring release, just a bit later than usual. The Spring release is now scheduled for June 1, 2026. This adjustment creates a more balanced interval between the two major releases each year, with the added benefit that we now have extra time to focus on this upcoming major release.

Chatbot and AI

A second major focus is the further integration of AI within the application. During our congress last November, we presented beta versions of the chatbot. The current release already includes the ability to export data that has been prepared for AI purposes, making it available to combine with other initiatives within our customers’ organizations. The use of AI, along with all related considerations such as data security, will therefore be an important area of continued development in 2026.

API integrations

Third, we are exploring additional possibilities for integrations via APIs with other data sources used within organizations. Our reporting tool plays a central role in this research, especially when it comes to handling large volumes of data from multiple systems and finding efficient and fast ways to generate reports. Part of this effort will also include deeper integration of the Certifeye platform. This tool, which provides insight into both supplier certification and evaluation, will also make it possible to simplify the administration of so-called contingent workers, such as those hired through employment agencies. People who are not on the organization’s payroll can register via a personal wallet that contains personal documents, diplomas, certificates, and competencies. This enables them to log in to ManualMaster Trevally and, through a dedicated dashboard, view the documents and forms required for a specific task.

In addition to these primary developments, there are two ongoing standard development tracks: bug fixing and security. Both receive continuous attention and have dedicated development capacity. Like every year before it, 2026 will be a year in which we want to do more than time allows. We are already looking forward to it.
