Hans Goudswaard – Quality Assurance Manager – Florensis
What did you think of the conference?
“It was fun and inspiring. I learned so many useful things that I can put to use in my day-to-day work.”
What made the biggest impression on you?
“André Kuipers talking about his experiences as an astronaut was just incredible.”
What could be improved next time?
“In the past, the conferences were spread out over several locations, which made the event more diverse and dynamic.”
Any suggestions for the next edition?
“I’d like to see how the all-in ManualMaster solution is being used at a leading company. Show us the user journey of ManualMaster and how its various applications are being used throughout the company. ManualMaster isn’t a plug & play story. It requires organizational development.”
How would you rate the conference?
“I was really looking forward to gaining inspiration during the conference and taking a break from the day-to-day slump. With that in mind, I’d give the conference an 8.”
Patrick Krebbekx – Director – Jonker & Schut
What did you think of the conference?
“It was amazing. Like every year, you never really know what to expect. Past editions included workshops and last year was held entirely online due to the pandemic. There are always interesting new speakers, ideas, and insights to discover.”
What made the biggest impression on you?
“Each topic is an event in its own right. Everyone knows André Kuipers, of course, but to hear him talk about his experiences first-hand was truly inspiring. The same is true of the sustainability presentation by Dutch Flower Group’s Raimon Loman and of the artificial intelligence presentation by Mirko Vaars. Each theme completely nailed it. This is what ManualMaster excels at and is known for.”
What could be improved next time?
“I attend a lot of conferences, but the small-scale nature of this one really appeals to me. The people you meet here all have one thing in common: ManualMaster. Everyone has roots in quality management. To be honest, I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s a well thought-out concept.”
Any suggestions for the next edition?
“You know, the organization really knows the ins and outs of the quality management world. The organizers have close contact with so many companies that they’re able to perfectly capture the quality sector with this event.”
How would you rate the conference?
“I think it deserves a 10 out of 10.”
Mohamed Gaber – IT Manager – Maaszicht
What did you think of the conference?
“It was great. I heard, saw, and learned a lot – not only as an IT manager for the Maaszicht healthcare organization, but also as a person.”
What made the biggest impression on you?
“The presentation and photos by André Kuipers were just incredible. In terms of substantive content, the new release of ManualMaster and the possibilities this software offers were really impressive. It’s something I can really use as an IT manager.”
What could be improved next time?
“I can’t really think of any areas of improvement. It was a well-organized event with a great program and clear presentations. I would have liked the opportunity to give feedback on the application – about what could have been improved for both users and managers.”
Any suggestions for the next edition?
“I’d like to spend a little more time on ManualMaster itself; the modules and the new functionalities, like the Q-Learning feature.”
How would you rate the conference?
“I’d give it a solid 8.”
