Last week on the 9th and 10th of March, ManualMaster was present at the annual SafetyWorX event in Amsterdam. Not just to showcase ManualMaster’s impact on health and safety in the workplace, but also to keep ourselves up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of quality, health, safety and environment.
Valuable Market Insights
Besides inspiring keynotes from Akzo Nobel, Philips, Orange Business, BMI Group, Arla Foods, and TrioMobil among others, we were treated to a busy schedule spread out over two days. The challenges of topics such as risk management, software projects, company culture, change management and ownership were discussed at length. It was especially interesting for us to get to know the different perspectives coming from industries such as the energy, pharma or food markets. Aditionally, the knowledge shared by the University of Twente, among others, was useful and inspiring.
Meanwhile, our stand ogot a lot of attention. As the participants of the event were comprised mainly of CEOs, Directors and Corporate QHSEs (higher management), the focus of our conversations were not the technical details and functionalities of the software, but rather the deployment of ManualMaster and the challenges involved in the implementation of specific projects. How can ManualMaster support such a process and what are some relevant experiences our organisation has had?
The Role of ManualMaster
Using the big screen, we took our audience on a journey through our document management, process management and risk management systems and gave a live presentation on how easily an issue can be addressed or how a digital training can be presented to employees. The reactions were extremely positive, which inspires us to keep on improving, listening to the wishes and demands from various industries.
All in all, we look back on a great event which has brought us many new insights and new contacts going into the future!
